According to the Laws of Ukraine "About power industry", "About natural monopolies" and the Regulations on the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 14.03.95 No. 213 (with changes), the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.07.96 for No. 408/1433, to state Item 2.4 of the Conditions and Rules of implementation of business activity on transfer of electrical energy local (local) power networks approved by the resolution NKRE of 13.06.96 No. 15, in such edition:
"2.4. The licensee shall provide activities in the territory of implementation of licensed activities (the regional market) on non-discriminatory conditions.".
2. To provide to management of licensing submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
