Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 2, 1994 "About highways and road activities" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 (Vyarkhochnaga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1995, No. 5, Art. 31; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 83, 2/975; 2008, No. 170, 2/1464) following changes and amendment:
1. In paragraphs six, the seventh and fifteenth Article 1 of the word to "construction" and "constructions" to replace respectively with words to "construction" and "constructions".
2. In Article 8:
to state the paragraph of the eighth in the following edition:
"implementation of technical supervision of the works performed by the organizations of the state road farm;";
the eleventh to exclude the paragraph;
