About placement of information in program and information complex
The law of Ukraine of 03.02.2011 No. 2973-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of preliminary documentary control at check points through customs border of Ukraine" (further - the Law) to customs authorities assigns powers on implementation at check points through frontier of Ukraine of the state sanitarnoepidemiologichesky, veterinary and sanitary, phytosanitary, environmental control of separate goods and control of movement of cultural values which are imported on customs area of Ukraine (including for the purpose of transit), in the form of preliminary documentary control.
For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the Law we ask to place in the Inspector-2006 program the data prepared by Department (according to information which arrived in State Customs Service during 2008-2011 from Goskomvetmeditsina and Ukrglavgoskarantin) about prohibitions concerning import to Ukraine of separate goods which are subject veterinary sanitary and to phytosanitary control it (is applied).
