For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of provisions of the Law of Ukraine of 03.02.2011 No. 2973VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of preliminary documentary control at check points through customs border of Ukraine", resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.10.2011 No. 1030 "Some questions of implementation of preliminary documentary control at check points through frontier of Ukraine" and No. 1031 "Some questions of implementation of the state goods control which move through customs border of Ukraine" we direct lists of prohibitions concerning import to customs area of Ukraine of goods which are subject veterinary sanitary and to phytosanitary control (created according to information which arrived from the Public veterinary and phytosanitary service of Ukraine), for use in case of development of the corresponding program information complex concerning preliminary documentary control.
