About approval of the Standard agreement on supply of natural gas on the regulated rate
According to the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of functioning of the natural gas market", the Regulations on the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 14.03.95 No. 213 (with changes), the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve the Tipovy delivery agreement of natural gas on the regulated rate which is applied.
2. To provide to management of regulation of oil and gas complex provision of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. To the subjects of managing performing activities based on the license for supply of natural gas, gas (methane) of coal fields on the regulated rate to bring the contractual relations into accord with requirements of the Standard agreement of supply of natural gas for the regulated rate till January 1, 2012.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
