Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1996 No. 229 (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 7, Art. 227; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, Art. 1277; 2000, No. 40, Art. 1701; 2011, No. 61, Art. 2435):

The word of Ministry of Economics to replace 1) in the text of the Regulations on procedure for issue of individual licenses on implementation by residents of property investments outside Ukraine approved by the specified resolution with the word of "Ministry of Economic Development";

2) in Regulations on procedure for control and the reporting concerning use of property which is invested outside Ukraine, approved by the specified resolution:

in the paragraph the second Item 2 and Item 7 to replace the word of Goskomstat with the word "Gosstata";

in the text of the Provision to replace the word of Ministry of Economics with the word of Ministry of Economic Development, and the word "State Tax Administration" in all cases - the word "GNS".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.07.2019 No. 814.
