1. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 1992 No. 156 "About creation of the national historical and cultural park "Batk_vshchina Taras Shevchenk" (ZP of Ukraine, 1992, No. 4, of the Art. 99) of the word "Ministry of Investments and Construction, Academy of Sciences, Ministry of Protection of the Surrounding Environment of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing, National academy of Sciences, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources".
2. In paragraph three of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 14, 1993 No. 445 "About the national historical and cultural park "Hetman Capital" (ZP of Ukraine, 1993, No. 11, of the Art. 240) of the word "Ministry of Cases of Construction and Architecture, Ministry of Protection of the Surrounding Environment" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources".
