1. Make in normative and legal to acts such changes:
1.1. Actually No. 398 voided in compliance by the Order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of 10.07.2012

In Item 1.1 of the Section I of the Instruction on the organization of providing and provision of premises by the serviceman of the Public special service of transport and to members of their families approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 17.12.2007 No. 1172, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 14.01.2008 for No. 18/14709, of the word "Ministries of Transport and Communications of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The ministries of infrastructure of Ukraine".
1.3. In the Instruction about payment procedure of cash cover by the serviceman of the Public special service of transport approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 23.12.2008 No. 1547, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice 04.02.2009 for No. 104/16120:
in paragraphs four and the fifth subitem 4.7.3 of Item 4.7 of the Section IV of the word "The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine"; in paragraph three of subitem 4.8.4 of Item 4.8 of the Section IV of the word "The Ministries of Ukraine for Family, Youth and Sport" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Education and Science, youth and sport of Ukraine".
