According to articles 8 and 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About mail service" the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine SOLVED:

1. Approve:

1.1 Actually ceased to be valid according to the Decision of the National commission which performs state regulation in the field of communication of informatization of Ukraine of 06.08.2013 No. 506.

1.2. Changes to the Limiting rates for universal services of mail service approved by the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of 04.12.2008 No. 1244, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.12.2008 for No. 1208/15899, with changes, for the period from 01:01. 2012, which are applied.

2. To submit to economic management together with Legal management in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. The decision becomes effective from 20:10. 2011, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
