About additional measures for counteraction to drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors

For the purpose of enhancement of public administration in the field of counteraction to drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Form:

- The state coordinating committee on control of drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors (further - Committee);

- representative offices of Committee in regions for coordination of activities of territorial authorities of the executive authority and local government bodies on counteraction to drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors.

2. Determine that:

- the chairman of Committee is the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic supervising questions of fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances, their analogs and precursors;

- heads of representative offices of Committee in regions are deputy plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas and the vice-mayors of the cities of Bishkek and Osh supervising questions of law enforcement agencies;

- execution of the decisions made by Committee is provided with state bodies, within the powers assigned to them.

3. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on Committee;

- structure of Committee.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 04.08.2023 No. 393
