About some questions of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve enclosed:

2) Description and procedure for providing bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan with uniform of employees.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 20, 2008 No. 595 "About approval of the Regulations on service in bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the text of the Oath of staff of bodies of prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 27, Art. 249; 2010, No. 51, Art. 465);

2) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 12, 2010 No. 1061 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 20, 2008 No. 595" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2010, No. 51, the Art. 465).

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
