1. Create public institutions - territorial authorities of the state architectural construction supervision and licensing of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services (further - public institutions) according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. To the agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for construction and housing and communal services together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take measures for providing public institutions with rooms for their placement.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To the central and local executive bodies to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
