About modification of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 7-8, of Art. 52; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 7, 2011 No. 3220-VI and No. 3222-VI of April 21, 2011 No. 3291-VI, of May 12, 2011 No. 3315-VI and No. 3331-VI, of June 14, 2011 and of July 5, 2011 No. 3562-VI) to state to No. 3491-VI in such edition:

"Article 9. Determine that in 2011 the state guarantees are provided by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the amount of 15.000.000 thousand hryvnias for ensuring full or partial implementation of debt obligations on borrowings of subjects of managing - residents of Ukraine of public sector of economy.

The procedure and conditions of provision of the state guarantees are established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Public service of highways of Ukraine, subjects of managing which objects of state-owned property belong to the sphere of management of the State agency on investments and management of national projects of Ukraine which enable the realization of national projects and subjects of managing which objects of state-owned property belong to the sphere of management of the National agency concerning preparation and carrying out in Ukraine to final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer and implementation of infrastructure projects are exempted from the obligation to give ensuring accomplishment of obligations to the state on expense recovery of the government budget and to pay payment for receipt of the state guarantees in the government budget".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
