Based on the paragraph of third subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277 "About some questions of regulation of the security market", Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish form of the requirement (instruction) of elimination of the violations of the law revealed by results of the cameral inspections which are carried out in case of control and supervision of release, the address and repayment of securities, activities of professional participants of the security market and stock exchanges according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective since December 7, 2011.
