About order of registration of data of the identity document of physical person, in case of sale of foreign currency, payment documents in foreign currency

Based on Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 6, 2011 "About some questions of implementation of currency exchange transactions by physical persons" and parts one of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 449

1. In case of sale of foreign currency, payment documents in foreign currency for Belarusian rubles (further - sale of foreign currency) to physical persons banks register the following data of the identity document:

surname, own name, middle name (in the presence) physical person;

name of the document, its series and number;

identification (personal) number of physical person (in the absence of nomeradat of the birth of physical person).

2. Data recording of the identity document of physical person, is performed in Russian. In case of lack of writing of data of the identity document, in Russian registration of such data is performed by letters of the Latin alphabet.

3. In case of sale of foreign currency for the Belarusian rubles which are on the bank account of physical person (current, deposit, maps accounts, etc.), data recording of the identity document of the account holder, is performed based on the data which are available in bank in which this account is opened.

4. Information on details of transaction of sale of foreign currency is submitted banks in the automated information system "Calculation" of single settlement and information space of the Republic of Belarus no later than the banking day following behind day of reflection of transaction of sale of foreign currency in balance of bank.
