3. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 18, 2008 No. 27 "About approval of Rules of allocation of budget subsidies for covering of the losses connected with provision of services on ensuring availability of theatrical, concert and cultural and leisure actions to the population, promotion of classical, folk, musical and choreographic art";
