Bring in the Order of registration, re-registrations and accounting of citizens who look for work, and the unemployed, No. 219 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2007 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 12, of Art. 437; 2008, No. 53, Art. 1772; 2009, No. 15, Art. 472; 2011, No. 39, Art. 1607, No. 61, Art. 2435), such changes:

add Item 11 with the paragraph of such content:

"In case of the appeal of person to jobcenter irrespective of registration of the place of residence or the place of stay the decision on its registration as it that looks for work, and provision (renewal) of the status of the unemployed is accepted based on the written application of such person on condition of lack of the fact of its registration as it that looks for work (unemployed) in other jobcenters.";

to add the subitem 1 of Item 20 after the paragraph of the ninth with the new paragraph of such content:

"giving in jobcenter of the written application about desire of person to receive services of public service of employment in other jobcenter;".
