2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

General part

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of registration, re-registration of the unemployed and accounting of persons who are looking for work, jobcenter of public service of employment (further - jobcenter).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:

the unemployed re-registration - updating of the previous registration of the unemployed if after its termination the unemployed did not find a job;

the termination of registration of the unemployed - deprivation of person (loss by person) of the status of the registered unemployed person;

registration of the unemployed - introduction of data on person who addressed for assistance in employment, in Single information and analytical system of public service of employment with the subsequent provision to such person of the status of the registered unemployed person.
