About modification of the Regulations on certification of persons on the right of implementation of temporary administration and liquidation of bank

According to Articles 7, 15 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 76, 90 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for provision by the National Bank of Ukraine to physical persons of certificates on the right of implementation of temporary administration or liquidation of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: bank

1. Bring in Regulations on certification of persons on the right of implementation of temporary administration and liquidation of bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 16.07.2001 No. 273, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 13.08.2001 for No. 691/5882, such changes:

1.1. Add Item 2.3 of Chapter 2 with three new paragraphs of such content:

"in the past were heads of subjects of managing in whose operating time such subject of managing according to the legislation of Ukraine is declared bankrupt, or heads of banks in which working hours the National Bank made the decision on withdrawal of the banking license in such bank;

were dismissed upon the demand of National Bank;

the rights to perform temporary administration or liquidation of banks in connection with cancellation of the certificate on the bases specified in paragraphs by third or pole of Item 7.4 of Chapter 7 of this Provision were deprived".
