About introduction of amendments to the Order MZ of Ukraine of November 6, 2006 No. 739

According to subitem 7.8 of the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 13.04.2011 No. 467, and the subitem 20 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Public sanitarnoepidemiologichesky service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 400, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for the organization of work on state registration (re-registration) of disinfectants and issue of the registration certificate approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 6, 2006 No. 739, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2006 for No. 1213/13087, such changes:

1.1. In Item 5 of the word "Department of the state sanitarnoepidemiologichesky supervision of MZ of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The public sanitary and epidemiologic service of Ukraine".

1.2. In appendix of 1 word and figures "The Ministry of Health of Ukraine 01021, Kiev, Ulitsa Grushevskogo, 7 Ph./fax 253-94-17" shall be replaced with words also in figures "The public sanitary and epidemiologic service of Ukraine 01601, Kiev, Ulitsa M. Grushevskogo, 7 Ph./fax 200-07-92, 253-94-84".

1.3. Be reworded as follows appendix 3 which is applied.

2. Certificates on state registration of disinfectants which were granted before date of the introduction in operation of this order are effective before the termination of the term specified in them.

3. To management of public health and sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population:

3.1. Provide submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
