Some questions of provision by divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National police and Public migratory service of paid services

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision by divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National police and Public migratory service of paid services which is applied.

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2007 No. 795 "About approval of the list of paid services which can be provided by bodies and divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 42, to Art. 1671; 2009, No. 9, the Art. 272, No. 53, the Art. 1839) changes which are applied.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs:

approve standards of administrative services which are provided it by divisions in two-month time and submit to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade information on their approval;

bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
