1. Approve the list of paid services which are provided by divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, National police and the Public migratory service, and the amount of payment for their provision which are applied;

During provision of services on execution of the travel document of the child, type on permanent and temporary residence the payment in the amount of the cost of the form and the allowance in the amount of 25 percent of such cost which goes as own receipts which are used according to the legislation is made for foreign citizens and stateless persons and the passport of the citizen of Ukraine for trip abroad.
2. Determine that determination of division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which has the right to provision of separate types of paid services is performed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. No. 1098 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 26.10.2011
