Bring in the Procedure for opening of current accounts with the special mode of use for transfer of means which arrive as service fee on heat supply, and carrying out calculations for the consumed natural gas approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 3, 2008 No. 1082 "Questions of enhancement of settlement schemes for the used electric power and natural gas" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 97, of Art. 3198; 2009, No. 47, Art. 1569, No. 69, Art. 2377, No. 79, Art. 2672, No. 82, Art. 2775, No. 91, Art. 3071; 2010, No. 12, the Art. 571), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for opening of current accounts with the special mode of use for transfer of means which arrive as service fee on heat supply, and carrying out calculations for the consumed natural gas

1. In paragraph seven of Item 3 of the word "The minister of housing and communal services, the Minister for Fuel and Energy" shall be replaced with words "The Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing, the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry".

2. In the paragraph the second Item 7 of the word of "State Treasury" to replace with the word of "Treasury".
