About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 9, 2001 No. 978 and of August 8, 2007 No. 1019

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 9, 2001 No. 978 "About approval of the Regulations on accreditation of higher educational institutions and specialties in higher educational institutions and the highest professional schools" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 32, the Art. 1491) and of August 8, 2007 No. 1019 "About licensing of activities for provision of educational services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 60, Art. 2379; 2011, No. 61, the Art. 2435, No. 62, the Art. 2469) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 9, 2001 No. 978 and of August 8, 2007 No. 1019

1. In the Regulations on accreditation of higher educational institutions and specialties in higher educational institutions and the highest professional schools approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 9, 2001 No. 978:

Item 2 paragraph two after words "educational institution" to add 1) with words "(separate division of educational institution)";

2) in the second offer of item 4 of the word "in coordination with Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Finance" to exclude;

"To requirements SAC" shall be replaced with words 3) in the subitem 1 of Item 8 of the word to "the requirements established by Monmolodezhsport";

Item 10 to state 4) in such edition:
