Bring in the Procedure for carrying out free capital repairs of own apartment houses and apartments of persons which have the right to such privilege, No. 565 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 20, 2009 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 43, of the Art. 1437), such changes:
3 Items 1 after the words "repair of own apartment houses" to add subitem paragraph two with the words "and apartments";
the third and fourth Item 8 to exclude paragraphs.
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
