Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of Rules of issue of individual permission to implementation by the foreigner of paid labor activity in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic and sample of this individual permission" of December 6, 2000 No. 214 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 12, Article 865; 2001, No. 1, Article 75; 2002, No. 11, Article 675; 2006, No. 5, Article 472; 2008, No. 1, Article 37, No. 10, Article 927, No. 11, Article 1042; 2009, No. 9, Article 737; 2010, No. 8, Article 769) following changes:

1.1. in the "Rules of issue of individual permission to implementation by the foreigner of paid labor activity in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by this resolution:

1.1.1 give Item 1.4 in the following edition: "Individual permissions are issued to foreigners by the Public migratory service of the Azerbaijan Republic based on the conclusion of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
