1. Approve:

1) obligation form of export of products of conversion and the instruction for its filling according to appendix 1 to this Order;

2) report form about obligation fulfillment about export of products of conversion and the instruction for its filling according to appendix 2 to this Order;

3) obligation form of import of products of conversion and the instruction for its filling according to appendix 3 to this Order;

4) report form about obligation fulfillment about import of products of conversion and the instruction for its filling according to appendix 4 to this Order;

5) Rules of submission of the obligation about export (import) of products of conversion and its execution according to appendix 5 to this Order.

2. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent publication in mass media.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication and extends to the relations which arose since July 1, 2010.
