About modification of the Single veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements imposed to the goods which are subject to veterinary control (supervision)

(as amended of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of 10.12.2013 No. 294)

The commission of the Customs union solved:

1. Make changes to the Single veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements imposed to the goods which are subject to veterinary control (supervision), the Commissions of the Customs union approved by the Decision of June 18, 2010 N 317, according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective according to the procedure, stipulated in Article 8 Agreements on the Commission of the Customs union of October 6, 2007, except for Item 2.1 of appendix to this decision.

Item 2.1 of appendix to this Decision enters force from the moment of accession of the first of the Parties to the World Trade Organization.
