The breastplate of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic is the symbolical copy of award of the Highest degree of difference "Respublikasynyn Baatyra's Kyrgyz" - JSC Shumkar, is made of gold and silver. The breastplate develops the plastic idea pledged in the award "JSC Shumkar" and represents the silver symmetric star consisting of seven beams of the top level forming circle with a diameter of 70 millimeters, and gold symmetric star of seven beams of the lower level forming circle with a diameter of 50 millimeters. Outlines of beams, sides and form of star remind tops of mountains and the opened mountain tulips. In the central disk of star on circle there is text "KYRGYZSTAN PREZIDENTI".
