About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 10, 2011 No. 753

For the purpose of stabilization of situation at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus connected with regulation of export of automobile fuel, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 10, 2011 No. 753 "About some questions of regulation of export of automobile fuel from the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 67, 5/33947) the following changes:

1.1. state Items 1 and 2 in the following edition:

"1. Determine that automobile fuel (codes 2710 11, 2710 19 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Customs union) in cases does not belong to the goods for private use which are exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus by physical persons out of limits of customs area of the Customs union:

departure of the physical person managing the automotive vehicle, more than once within 8 days;

export of this automobile fuel by the same automotive vehicle more than once within 8 days regardless of what persons made export of such automotive vehicle during this period.

2. The provisions provided in Item 1 of this resolution do not extend on:

the staff of diplomatic representations, consular establishments, the international organizations, representative offices of these organizations and members of their semeypra presentation of the diplomatic (office) passports or other documents confirming their status;
