1. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 10, 2011 No. 753 "About some questions of regulation of export of automobile fuel from the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 67, 5/33947);

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2011 No. 1554 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 10, 2011 No. 753" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 131, 5/34799);

subitem 1.10 of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 20, 2012 No. 65 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 15, 5/35154).

2. To provide to the state boundary committee, the State Customs Committee reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2016, except for Item 2, of the official publication of this resolution which is becoming effective later.
