For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About credit bureaus and forming of credit stories in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) DECIDES:
1. Approve Rules about conditions and the minimum requirements to procedure for provision of information by suppliers of information, about procedure for registration of consent of subjects of credit stories to provision of information on them in credit bureaus, registrations of consent to issue of the credit report and on conditions and procedure for provision of the credit report.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fourteen days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To department of strategy and analysis (Edenbayev E. S.):
1) together with Legal department (Baysynov M. B.) measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution are taken;
