According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 6, 2004 "About credit bureaus and forming of credit stories in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1) Conditions and the minimum requirements to procedure for provision of information by suppliers of information in credit bureaus according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) Rules of registration of consent of subjects of credit stories to provision of information on them in credit bureaus (except for credit bureau with the state participation), registrations of consent to issue of the credit report on it to other persons from credit bureau according to appendix 2 to this resolution;
3) Rules and conditions of provision of the credit report according to appendix 3 to this resolution.
2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also structural element of regulatory legal act of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the list according to appendix 4 to this resolution.
3. To department of methodology of the financial market (Abdrakhmanov N. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
