1. Approve the Instruction for financial accounting of interbank calculations it (is applied).

Declare invalid the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2009 No. 325 "About approval of the Instruction for reflection in financial accounting of interbank calculations" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 261, 8/21514).

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

Instruction for financial accounting of interbank calculations

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction determines for National Bank, banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company (further - banks) procedure for reflection in financial accounting of interbank calculations in the BISS system, including interbank calculations in the BISS system by results of the clearing perfromed in adjacent systems or calculation, calculations between bank branches.

For the purposes of this Instruction between bank branches are understood as calculations including calculations between bank and its branches.
