According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve the Procedure for determination of difference between the size of the pension granted according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" and the pension size from solidary system according to the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" which is applied.
