1. Bring in Chapter 2 of the Procedure and conditions of the organization of transportations of passengers and the baggage by road transport approved by the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of 21.01.98 No. 21, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.04.98 for No. 257/2697, such changes:
1.1. In Item 2.4:
exclude subitem 2.4.1.
With respect thereto to consider subitems 2.4.2-2.4.15 respectively subitems 2.4.1
2.4.14;
in subitem 2.4.14 to replace the word and figures of "Items 2.4.1-2.4.8" with the word and figures of "subitems 2.4.1-2.4.7".
1.2. To state subitem 2.7.1 of Item 2.7 in such edition:
"2.7.1. On route the passport according to the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 07.05.2010 No. 278 "About approval of the Procedure for development and approval of the passport of bus route", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.06.2010 for No. 408/17703 is drawn up.".
2. To provide to department of policy of development of infrastructure of transport and tourism in accordance with the established procedure:
2.1. Submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Placement of this order on the website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.
