About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2008 No. 22

Bring in the Instruction about conditions and procedure for passing of materials about position assignment (dismissal) of judges of general courts of the Republic of Belarus, assignment of qualification classes approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2008 No. 22 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 97, 8/18625; No. 279, 8/19799; 2009, No. 305, 8/21720; 2010, No. 158, 8/22501), following changes:
1.1. in Item 1 of the word "The Instruction about Conditions and Procedure for Passing of Materials about Position Assignment (Dismissal) of Judges of General Courts of the Republic of Belarus, Assignment of Qualification Classes (Further — the Instruction)" shall be replaced with words "This Instruction";
1.2. exclude Item 3;
1.3. state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. The relevant head departments of justice regional, Minsk city executive committees (further - head department of justice), regional, the Minsk city, Belarusian military courts no later than 3 (three) days after the meeting of qualification board of judges send necessary document package to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Ministry of Justice).";
