About approval of System of the state forecasting in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Procedure for development of the forecast of social and economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve enclosed:

- System of the state forecasting in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - System);

- Procedure for development of the forecast of social and economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Procedure).

2. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, local public administrations and other executive bodies in case of development of the corresponding forecasts of social and economic development to be guided by the System and Procedure approved by this resolution.

3. Recommend to local government bodies, the scientific and educational organizations and organizations, the state companies, business entities in whose authorized capital the state share constitutes over 30 percent, in case of development of forecasts of social and economic development to be guided by the System and Procedure approved by this resolution.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for development of the state forecasts of social and economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 4, 2009 No. 432.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
