considering the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation on creation of the Joint electric utility system of November 22, 1999, the Agreement on transit of electrical energy and capacity of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of January 25, 2000, the Agreement on creation of reserves of resources and their effective use for ensuring steady parallel work of electric utility systems of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of September 15, 2004, the Security agreement of access to services of natural monopolies in the field of power industry, including bases of pricing and tariff policy, of November 19, 2010 (further - the Agreement of EEP),

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties take the necessary measures ensuring the parallel functioning of OES of Belarus and UES of Russia providing including:

annual approval by authorized bodies of the Parties of amounts of the electrical energy planned to delivery from (v) Russian Federation in (from) the Republic of Belarus and considered in the year balance of electrical energy of the Union State;
