About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine
According to Articles 6, 8 and 12 Laws of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" and Item 11 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 384, board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Actually ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the pension fund of 21.01.2014 No. 1-1.
2. Approve Changes to the Procedure for forming and submission of the report by insurers concerning the amounts of the assessed single contribution on obligatory national social insurance approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 08.10.2010 No. 22-2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.11.2010 for No. 1014/18309 (with changes) which are applied.
3. To department of receipt of the income (Litvinenko V. V.), department of the personified accounting, information systems and networks (Nikolaev O. B.) and to legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the board V. O. Kravchuk.
5. This resolution becomes effective from day of official publication, except Item 2, which becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
