About modification and amendments in the Agreement on creation of Council for cultural state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States of May 26, 1995

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Approve Regulations on Council for cultural state cooperation - members of the Commonwealth of Independent States, being integral part of the Agreement, it (is in the new edition applied).

Article 2

The this Protocol becomes effective on the expiration of 30 days from the date of receipt by depositary of the last notification on accomplishment by the Parties of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force which signed it.

Article 3

The this Protocol after its entry into force is open for accession of any State Party of the CIS by transfer to depositary of the document on accession.

For the joining state the Protocol becomes effective after 30 days from the date of receipt by depositary of the document on accession.

It is made in the city of St. Petersburg on October 18, 2011 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed the this Protocol, its verified copy.
