1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for use, accounting and storage of precious metals and gemstones approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2004 No. 34 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 57, 8/10784; 2007, No. 71, 8/15972; 2009, No. 1, 8/20098; 2010, No. 266, 8/22908), following changes and amendment:
1.1. state Item 22 in the following edition:
"22. The property value, containing precious metals (gemstones), by its transfer or realization, except as specified shipment for conversion of scrap and the waste containing precious metals shall be not lower than the cost of the precious metals (gemstones) containing in it determined by estimated prices on the first of transfer (realization).
The sender at the same time shall specify in accompanying documents the name, mass of the precious metals and gemstones which are in this property, and also method of determination of content in it precious metals, except as specified, stipulated by the legislation.";
1.2. state Item 75 in the following edition:
"75. Scrap value and the waste containing precious metals is established in case of shipment for conversion taking into account the cost of the precious metals containing in them determined by estimated prices on the first of shipment.
