About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2004 No. 87
Based on the paragraph of the fifth of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 21, 2002 "About precious metals and gemstones" and Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about the procedure for delivery and acceptance of scrap and waste containing precious metals approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2004 No. 87 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 103, 8/11117), the following change and amendment:
1.1. in part three of Item 3 of the word "The instruction for application of the Regulations on accounting treatment, storages, estimates and the realization of the property withdrawn, arrested or turned into the income of the state, the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Administration of the President from June 14, 2002 No. 13 (2002, No. 81, 8/8271)" to replace the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus with the word "legislation";
1.2. add Item 15 with part two of the following content:
"In cases when in accounting documents record is made: "There are precious metals which content will be determined after write-off" and at the time of shipment content of precious metals is not determined, the commodity-transport delivery note or the consignment note is drawn up as in transit loads of non-commodity nature.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
