1) to Approve the enclosed Procedure for leasing of state-owned property.

2) to represent to the Ministries and departments, organizations and the companies, the state organizations and the managing societies in which authorized capital the share of the state constitutes 100 percent every year till April 1, 2011 to the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan the list of the fixed assets leased.

To Declare 3) invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 31, 2004, No. 515 "About the Procedure and conditions of leasing of state-owned property".
