About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 8, 2009 No. 102 "About measures for enhancement of procedure for transfer to lease of state-owned property"
For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for transfer to lease of state-owned property and rational use of the means arriving from provision in lease of state-owned property, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 8, 2009 N 102 "About measures for enhancement of procedure for transfer to lease of state-owned property" (the joint venture of the Republic Uzbekis of tannins, 2009, N 4, the Art. 26) according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 8, 2009 N 102 "About measures for enhancement of procedure for transfer to lease of state-owned property" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, N 4, the Art. 26):
