About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. the paragraph third parts two of Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for making of registration actions concerning the company as the property complex approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2004 No. 650 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 89, 5/14333), to state in the following edition:
"before transactions with real estate units - the parcels of land, capital structures (buildings, constructions), the incomplete preserved capital structures isolated by rooms, parking places (further - real estate units) or the property rights on real estate units which are part of the company as property complex, in connection with exception of its structure of the respective real estate unit or property right on it.";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 8, 2004 No. 689 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of creation of the operated capital structures (buildings, constructions) and the isolated rooms" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 91, 5/14361; 2007, No. 291, 5/26253):
in the name and Item 1 of the word "and the isolated rooms" shall be replaced with words ", the isolated rooms and parking places";
in the Regulations on state registration of creation of the operated capital structures (buildings, constructions) and the isolated rooms approved by this resolution:
