Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning debt write-off of the companies of fuel and energy complex of change which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning debt write-off of the companies of fuel and energy complex

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 12.08.2015 No. 585

2. According to the procedure of confirmation of debt which resulted from incomplete calculations for energy carriers, No. 191 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 2006 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 8, of the Art. 448, No. 28, of the Art. 2018):

Item 9 to add 1) with subitem 4 of such content:

"4) debt write-off, article 9 of the Law specified in the subitem "g" of subitem 9.1.1 of Item 9.1.";

2) to add the Procedure with the Section of such content:

"Features of confirmation of debt of the state companies

41. Outstanding amounts of the state companies (including that which were state condition for January 1, 2011) according to obligations on payment of electrical energy by condition for July 1, 2011 which are outstanding on the effective date the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of debt for electrical energy" and which according to the Law are allowed to be written off are established specified) by the specified companies on the basis:
