1. Make changes to the Procedure for involvement of average commissioners by Motor (transport) insurance bureau of Ukraine for determination of the reasons of approach of insured events, the size of losses and check of actions of the insurer approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 23.02.2006 No. 5417, registered 11.03.2006 for No. 259/12133, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2. To submit to department of standards of regulation and supervision of financial institutions together with department of legal providing this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
