About introduction of amendments to the Order of Mintranssvyaz of 14.04.2008 No. 433

According to subitem 4.3.8 of subitem 4.3 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 12.05.2011 No. 581, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 25.12.96 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" and recommendations of International Civil Aviation Organization (IKAO) I ORDER:

1. Bring in Airport charges for the servicing of aircrafts and passengers at the airports of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of 14.04.2008 No. 433, such changes registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.05.2008 for No. 408/15099,:

1.1. Item 3.1 of the Section III to add with words "(except the airport Kharkiv)".

1.2. In appendix 8:

1.2.1. In subitem 3.1 of Item to replace 3 figures of "2,50" with figures of "5,40";

1.2.2. Add with new Item 5 of such content:

"5. For the purpose of stimulation of airlines as commercial partners of the airport Kharkiv to establish decreasing coefficients to collection for landing take-off of AF and to collection for servicing of passengers in air terminal in sizes:

the first year of operation of regular flight - 0,3 coefficient;

the second year of operation of regular flight - 0,5 coefficient;

the third year of operation of regular flight - 0,7 coefficient.

The specified coefficients are applied to regular flights which were not carried out within the last 12 months from the airport Kharkiv and at least than two times for week will be carried out.".

2. To the public air service of Ukraine:

2.1. Provide submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration in the procedure established by the legislation.
