According to Articles 382, of 383, of 317, of 318, of 386, of 387, of 388, of 364, of 76, of 424, of 426, 435 Customs codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan for processing of electronic forms of customs papers with use of information technologies, I order:
1. Approve enclosed:
1) Structures of electronic copies of the cargo customs declaration (further - GTD) and declarations of customs value (further - DTS) (Appendix 1);
2) Structure of the electronic copy of the document of control of delivery (further - DKD) (Appendix 2).
2. To legal support division (Ansarova I. Y.) direct to state registration this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Provide to the press service publication of this order in mass media.
4. Declare invalid the order of Customs committee of the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 30, 1998 of N240-P "About Approval of Structures of Electronic Copies of the Cargo Customs Declaration and Declaration of Customs Value" (Registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 2, 1998 N 687, it is published in "The bulletin of regulatory legal acts of RK" N 6, 1999).
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mambetalin A. E.
6. This Order becomes effective from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
